According to the popular phrase one should "either love or hate Venice." I could not fit neither of the two categories, but for me Venice is an unique city with no analogue among others. Place emerged from a parallel universe to show to the colorful crowd of tourists, its strange beauty and rustic charm. The feeling to paint Venice on the canvas is so strong that I want to dedicate her a series of paintings. Today I started with one of the symbols of the city - the gondolas.
