Comments: This sculpture is my interpretation of a red ant larva. The translucency of the alabaster lends itself to an interesting and mysterious effect of a red ant ready to emerge during its pupa stage of development.
Yanashot employs different combinations of materials and methods in his sculpture. He is a stone carver inspired by plant, human and animal forms.
