As per Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 to the users of web Services offered by Mantanera di Colonna Nicoletta &C s.a.s., head office in Torino via Giannone 10, Italy, (following called "Mantanera").
As per the above-mentioned law, personal data will be used only for legitimate reasons and protecting privacy, in order to seldom send informations and commercial offers concerning the services on offer.

As per Legislative Decree n° 196/2003:
1. Data will be processed with this method: INFORMATIZED;
2. The supply of personal data is compulsory only TO ALLOW THE FULFILMENT OF THE USER'S REQUESTS and the refusal to supply those data could make Mantanera NOT FULFIL HIS REQUEST;
3. Data will not be communicated to other people and will be processed in compliance with the law;
4. The holder of the rights to manage such data is Mantanera;
5. The staff of Mantanera is responsible for data management;
6. The user will be able to put into action the specific rights he possesses as per Legislative Decree n° 196/2003.
This agreement involves only the Artobolus web site, owned by the above-mentioned society, and does not involve other web sites the user can surf through links.
The place were data are held is Mantanera head office. Data are managed by a person in charge or by occasional staff in charge for the web site maintenance.
Personal details must be entered before access can be given to the Services of Artobolus web site. Registration is conditional on the receipt of such details and the acceptance by the user of the terms indicated in the general conditions.
Personal data supplied by those who ask for commercial or promotional publishing material are used only to fulfill the user's requests and WILL NOT be supplied to third parties.
